Master Teruyasu Fujiwara is the fourth-generation blacksmith of the Fujiwara family, continuing a legacy of sword-forging that dates back to 1870.
After the Second World War, as demand for swords declined, Mr. Fujiwara skillfully adapted traditional forging techniques to create modern kitchen knives.
His knives are famous for their impressive hardness and their exceptional sharpness, making them capable of achieving a razor-sharp edge.
