Tetsuhiro

Tetsuhiro is the brand of Kiryu Seisakusho in Sanjo, Niigata, founded in 1945 by Tetsuo Kiryu. The workshop was among the first in the region to make stainless kitchen knives, and today makes great-value VG10 knives, including gyuto and yo-deba, with practical Western handles.
