Tetsujin knives are the brainchild of the young and talented Myojin and Tamura. These Kochi-based, yet Sakai-trained sharpeners are producing some truly enviable blades with all the details one would expect from high-end Japanese knives. The spine and chin are highly polished, and the overall geometry is designed to glide effortlessly through food. These stunning knives also boast some additional delightful features that we would love to share with you, but we don't want to spoil the surprise. They are beautifully forged by the skilled hands of Tamura san.
