Our shop is a perfect place to find your first Japanese knife and also to add to your existing collections. We are aiming to find the most desirable pieces from all over Japan.
Our shop's motto is not just to sell knives also create a special place for knife enthusiasts to come and discuss about knives and how to look after them.

Balazs(Sharpener):
Balazs has 20 years of experience as a chef, where he developed a deep passion for Japanese kitchen knives. A true sharpening enthusiast, his goal is to restore knives to a like-new condition. He travels to Japan annually to meet top knife makers and sharpeners, not only to source the finest quality knives but also to continuously refine his sharpening skills and provide the best possible service.
Tomomi:
Tomomi is from Fukushima, Japan. She is dedicated to supporting Japanese artists by sourcing the finest handcrafted products Japan has to offer. Continuously searching for and connecting with craftsmen, she strives to expand our product range and provide customers with exceptional craftsmanship.
Kai:
Kai, from Singapore, is deeply passionate about Japanese knives and also handles our IT support. His favourite Japanese knife is the Teruyasu Fujiwara Denka Gyuto 195mm.
Chisato:
Chisato was born and raised in Niigata, Japan. She is passionate about promoting fine Japanese knives and delivering friendly customer service. Her favourite Japanese knife brand is Tojiro, which comes from her hometown.
