Delivery Times

Your order will be despatched normally same day or next day.(Except public holidays)

Standard Post(by Australian Post):Please allow 5-7 business days until you receive your item. It might differ according to your location.

Express Post(by Australian Post):This is offered for parcels under 8kg and will be sent by AustPOST. Please allow 2-3 business days. The time of the delivery will depend on your location. 

Click&Collect: is available for free of charge in our shop.

International shipping(by Australian Post) is available to certain countries, including USA.

Shipping to Middle East and EU are temporary hold (22/06/2026 updated)

We are unable to ship to UK due to UK border's blade control(21/06/2026 updated)

Your item will be shipped by Australian Post which will takes around 6-10 business days. 

It might differ according to your location and condition of  quarantine and customs' processing time.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Shipping fees(AUS)

Free standard shipping within Australia if you spend over $200.

Shipping International/Customs

Please note that international orders might be subject to local taxes and duties. These fees need to be paid by customers in your destination.

In the event that a parcel is not collected by the recipient and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including delivery charges, local taxes, duties, and return shipping fees.

Incorrect Address

 Please make sure that your address and name are correct when you fill up shipping information. If your item can not be delivered due to an incorrect name or address, re-delivery charge fees will be charged.
