VG XEOS

VG XEOS is a newer stainless steel from Takefu Special Steel, developed as a rebalanced version of VG10. It has a little less carbon and more chromium, which improves stain resistance, while cutting much like VG10. Nigara Hamono uses it in several of their damascus lines.
