Collection: SKD

SKD is a semi-stainless tool steel. It holds a hard, keen edge for a long time and resists rust far better than carbon steel, while still sharpening easily. Yoshikane's SKD knives are among the best-known examples, hardened to around 63 to 64 HRC.

Wipe and dry after use and it will look after itself.
