Yoshikazu Ikeda's journey is remarkable, starting under his father’s guidance in 1967 and developing into a master known for Mizumoto-yaki and suminagashi. His certification as a traditional craftsman in 1988 highlights his expertise and dedication to the craft, marking him as a key figure in Japanese knife-making.
